Husker Football Season Arrives!

GO BIG RED! Josh and I went with Doug and Kellie to the opening Husker game so Grandma and Grandpa De De got Jolie all to themselves--well they had a few guests over, but no mommy and daddy! This was my first time to be gone from Jolie so long, both in time and distance as Lincoln is 1.5 hours away. Let's just say I was a little nervous...or more like a nervous wreck! But once we finally got going, I did have a lot of fun and hopefully I wasn't too annoying. Plus I received plenty of text updates which I was so thankful for!

I have some great video my mom took of them doing some Husker cheers that I hope to upload soon. Thanks to Doug and Kellie for letting us ride with you, thanks to Brett and Michael for letting us park there, thanks to Brett for the rides (and for allowing us to tear up your moldy room!) And thank you so much to Grandma and Grandpa for getting us tickets and letting us (or making me) go! We had lots of fun and now I've finally gotten over my fear and can start relaxing...maybe!
