Here is a picture of all the stuff we hauled back to Nebraska. We had a bag of bottles and small cooler to store milk for the ride, pump, car seat, boppy pillow, a tote full of diapers, wipes and clothes, Lindsay's suitcase, Lindsay's purse, diaper bag, and swing. I forgot to include the stroller and car seat base in the picture. Ridiculous right?! And then consider that Josh and Petey came on Friday with their stuff and we all rode back together plus all the spoiling with gifts that everyone did...I didn't know if we'd all fit! But we made it there and back and have a good long trip under our belt. Jolie decided that she'll travel well for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and then I think her little butt must get sore or she gets tired of being all squished up because it gets a little ugly after that. However we are learning that we she can cry for a little bit and it will be okay. :) We are kind of spastic parents but are learning more every day! This weekend definitely helped Lindsay to relax a little more with her and realize that not every little noise she makes is a crisis. :)
Here's the new room that Grandma and Grandpa Dibbern set up for us in the 'Bronco Room'--check out the matching crib sheets! Jolie slept great while we were there and she's been doing much better at home too!
And oh my goodness! Was she ever spoiled! Here's a picture of just the bunnies we took home! Can you find Jolie? (hint: she's in the monkey pajamas)
It was also 'Tour de Jolie' over the weekend and Jolie went to Grandma Dibbern's work at Wood River Elementary, Great Grandma and Grandpa Dibbern's, met a bunch of people over for Saturday coffee, the mall, church, and a Sunday brunch! And Grandma Dibbern took Jolie shopping and let's just say she now has more clothes than Josh! Mom and Dad barely got to hold her until we got back home but were happy to share.
We'll be celebrating a late Easter in a couple weeks with Josh's side in Graettinger and are already excited for 'Tour de Jolie' part two!!!
So Happy Easter to everyone and if you'd like to see more pictures, I added a bunch to our Shutterfly site (click the photo link on the side).
