Jolie was asked to be a flower girl in Josh's cousin's wedding. So after a dress dilemma, purchasing multiple pairs of shoes to "get the ride shade of ivory" Jolie was all set to be a flower girl. But in order to get to that point, we had to get her on a plane, convince her to walk down the aisle, get her to share the spotlight with Katie (the bride), refer to her as "Princess Jolie" for the duration of the trip, etc. Oh, just check out the pictures....
Getting fitted for her dress. From this moment forward, she was to be referred to as Princess Jolie. She would correct you if you didn't....seriously
Did great on our first airplane ride!
She was only willing to play a MAJOR role in this wedding. Front and center or throw a fit, no other options
She ended up doing great with her flower girl duties, throwing them all in one big pile. This was the final practice run right before the wedding.
Josh's cousin Jack was a major help with getting "Princess Jolie" shuffled around.
At the reception, the head table was up on a stage, this is where Jolie felt she belonged as well...
Our best attempt to keep her in one spot for a family photo
At the aquarium!
Swimming at Cocoa Key!
We had a great time in Ohio and want to thank Bill and Joni for being wonderful hosts. Katie was a beautiful bride as we knew she would be and we couldn't be happier for her. We warned her Jolie would not be ok with playing second fiddle in her wedding, she thought we were kidding....Thanks again!
